Reach your customers where they are
Connect your WhatsApp Business Account to your workspace. Send reminders, updates, and responses from inside the same tools you use every day.
Our WhatsApp Business integration lets our clients communicate with their own customers over WhatsApp directly from inside their Immcase Digital Solutions workspace.
How it works
- Clients connect their own WhatsApp Business Account. Using Meta’s Embedded Signup flow, each of our clients authorizes their own WhatsApp Business Account to connect to our platform. They retain full ownership of their account, phone numbers, and message history.
- Messages are sent and received from their workspace. Team members at the client business send and reply to WhatsApp messages from inside our platform, alongside the rest of their client records, documents, and tasks.
- Message history stays organized. Every WhatsApp conversation is linked to the relevant client record, so the full history is available to authorized team members without copying data between applications.
What clients use it for
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Document and information requests
- Case status updates
- Service and installation scheduling
- Responding to customer questions during business hours
- Post-service follow-up

How we handle Platform Data
We process WhatsApp Platform Data (messages, phone numbers, delivery and read receipts, and related metadata) solely to operate the messaging feature on behalf of our clients. Specifically, we use this data to:
- Deliver messages that our clients send to their own customers
- Display incoming messages from customers inside the client’s workspace
- Show delivery and read status so our clients know whether their messages were received
- Link conversations to the relevant client record for organizational purposes
We do not use Platform Data for our own marketing, we do not combine Platform Data across different clients, and we do not sell or share Platform Data with third parties. Each client’s WhatsApp data is isolated within their own workspace. Data is stored on dedicated infrastructure in Canadian data centres.
Compliance
Our clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their own customers before messaging them, and for complying with WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy, Business Policy, and Messaging Policy. We provide tooling to help our clients honour opt-outs and manage consent, but the underlying relationship with the customer belongs to our client.
