This information is used for website analytics and security.
3.2 Platform users (our clients)
When a business registers for one of our platforms, we collect account information (name, business name, email, phone, billing details) necessary to provide the service.
3.3 Platform Data processed on behalf of our clients
Our clients use our platforms to manage their own customers. In doing so, they input or receive information about their customers — including names, contact details, documents, case details, and messaging history.
We process this information as a data processor on behalf of our clients. The client determines what data is collected and for what purpose; we operate the infrastructure that stores and processes it.

When our clients use our WhatsApp Business integration, we process data provided by Meta through the WhatsApp Business Platform, including:
- Messages sent and received between our clients and their own customers
- Phone numbers of parties to those conversations
- Delivery and read receipts
- WhatsApp Business Account profile information for our client’s account
We use this data only to operate the WhatsApp messaging feature on behalf of our clients. We do not use WhatsApp Platform Data for our own marketing, we do not combine it across clients, and we do not sell or share it with third parties. Data is stored on dedicated infrastructure in Canadian data centres.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and platforms
- Deliver the services our clients have configured
- Communicate with account holders about their accounts and services
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with applicable laws
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), under written contracts that restrict their use of the information.
- Legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy commitments.
6. Data residency and storage
Our platforms are hosted on dedicated infrastructure in Canadian data centres. Customer-facing data remains in Canada. Some service providers (for example, payment processors) may process limited data outside Canada under appropriate contractual protections.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When our clients close their account, we delete or anonymize Platform Data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage where applicable, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and applicable provincial legislation) you have the right to access, correct, and in some cases delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@immcasedigital.com.
If the information you are asking about was provided to us by one of our clients (for example, if a business you interact with uses our platform to manage its customer records), we will direct your request to that business, as they are the controller of the information.
10. Cookies
We use cookies for website analytics and session management. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
