- Use the WhatsApp Business integration in violation of WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy, Business Policy, or Messaging Policy
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the services
- Upload or transmit malicious code
5. Client responsibilities
When you use our platforms to manage your own customers, you are the controller of that data. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers, honouring their privacy rights, and complying with the laws applicable to your business.
6. Fees
Subscription fees, billing periods, and payment terms are set out in the subscription agreement or order form applicable to your account.
7. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the services, including software, design, and content (excluding customer data), remain with Immcase Digital Solutions Ltd. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law or as expressly stated in a written agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Immcase Digital Solutions Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time in accordance with your subscription agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
